The Company provides its online and mobile gaming services to users by the following Terms and Conditions. The following Agreement is a legally binding agreement between the Customer and the Company.

The availability of the Company’s Services does not imply an invitation to use them. The Client decides for himself/herself whether to use our Services. In particular, the Client assumes responsibility for the legality of the Services in a particular country/region. 

Use of the Company’s Services is permitted if you are over 18 years of age. We reserve the right to withhold funds while we verify your age. Age is only verified if you are over 18 years of age, regardless of the laws of your country/region.

Use of accounts

You can only use the Company’s Services in the practice version or real money games if you have a player account. The account serves as an identifier for your company for the duration of your use of the Company Services.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

  1. You are at least 18 years of age.
  2. The data you provide in electronic forms is true, correct, and complete.
  3. We may share your data at our discretion with Company partners for various functions.
  4. Inaccurate, false, or misleading information is a breach of contract for which you are responsible.  
  5. Checks will be made when funds are deposited into your account.
  6. We are not responsible for third parties accessing your account. 
  7. You are solely responsible for payment of monies owed to the Company.
  8. You have no other accounts with Aspire Global International LTD.
  9. You are solely responsible for the transaction details provided in respect of your account. 
  10. After 12 months without activity, the account will go into “Hibernate” mode, and we will charge a maintenance fee to your game account.
  11. There is a ban on the sale/transfer/purchase of game accounts.

Security measures

Access to our services is only possible if the player has traveled through our secure networks, which use state-of-the-art encryption for username and password data. If the security system is bypassed, the user will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

You hereby confirm and acknowledge that:

  1. The funds you deposit are not obtained by criminal or illegal means.
  2. You are not otherwise engaged in criminal activity. 
  3. You are not using the account to inflict time on the Company/illegal activity.
  4. The card details you provide belong to the account holder only.
  5. When using a card/wallet not in your name, you have obtained the full consent of the owner.
  6. You do not have a previously suspended or canceled account with Aspire Global International LTD.
  7. Will not intentionally disconnect from the RVG game while using the Company’s services.
  8. Do not participate or intend to participate in fraudulent activities.
  9. We have the right to stop and/or block the account if suspicious/illegal/fraudulent activities are detected.
  10. You are prohibited from using artificial intelligence to utilize the Company’s services.

Currency and payments

The specified currency in this agreement is the Euro and/or any other currency accepted by the Us.

You hereby confirm and acknowledge that:

  1. You may cash out your game account by the withdrawal limits set. 
  2. Transactions are routed through Us and verified.
  3. We have the right to carry out credit checks with third parties using the information provided by You when You opened an Account.
  4. By accepting a bonus payment, You confirm compliance with the bonus policy.
  5. The Company reserves the right to charge administrative fees on deposits and withdrawals.

Limitation of Liability

You hereby confirm and acknowledge that:

  4. We are not responsible for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Services.
  5. We are not responsible for any loss of winnings resulting from network errors.
  6. You must refund to the Company the winnings erroneously received in full.

Unsuccessful and interrupted games, errors

You hereby confirm and acknowledge that:

  1. If a game or bet fails, all bets shall be void.
  2. If a game or bet is started and there is a failure – we agree to pay you the full amount lost. 
  3. If any excess money is mistakenly credited to your account, you are obliged to return it.

Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to make changes and/or amendments to this Agreement with prior notice to customers. Such material changes will be effective 7 days after the notice is sent.
